This is a perfect snack or side dish for any lunch or supper



Baby corn fry is very easy to make with simple ingredients Baby corn has many health benifits, adding this in our diet gives a plenty of goodness to our health. 

Baby corn 65



Ingredients

  1. Oil for frying
  2. Baby corn - one pack 
  3. Chilli powder  -1/2 tsp
  4. Kashmiri chilli powder -1/4 tsp
  5. Corn flour  - 3 tsp
  6. Gram flour  -2 tsp
  7. Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
  8. Salt as required

Instructions

  • Wash baby corn,add water to a pan and bring it to boil
  • Blanch the baby corn
  • Remove from the hot water after five minutes or until they become soft and tender and allow it to cool completely
  • Then slice the baby corn for frying
  • Then add chilli powder and kashmiri chilli powder to enhance the colour
  • Add corn flour and gram flour for binding
  • Add ginger garlic paste for a good flavour
  • Finally add required Salt and give a good mix with hand

Baby corn fry with pictures


Clean the baby corn and blanch them in boiling water



Remove them and allow it to cool completely 


Slice them for frying


Add chilli powder 



Add kashmiri chilli powder



Add required salt



Add corn flour


Add gram flour


Add ginger garlic paste


Sprinkle some water and mix well



Heat oil in a Pan and fry them in batches in a medium flame until they become crisp



Baby corn fry is ready to enjoy


Baby corn fry goes well with ketchup, give this a try for your evening snack
