Sapota is a tropical fruit that is extremely sweet and has a distinct flavor and aroma. The seeds of this fruit are inedible.A chikoo is another name for sapota in many regions of India.

Sapota is high in copper, magnesium, potassium, sodium, and iron. sapota is rich in glucose and calories hence it  boosts immunity

Sapota is  good for skin,hair and bones it also cures cold and cough.

Ingredients

  1. Sapota or chikoo -300 grams
  2. Sugar or brown sugar  -2 tbsp
  3. Milk  -1 cup
  4. Water as required 

Instructions

  • Peel off the skin of the sapota
  • Cut them and add it to a blender or juice jar
  • Add milk, brown sugar or sugar
  • Add required water
  • Blend well
  • Sapota juice is ready to enjoy

Peel off the skin or cut into two equal size and scope out the flesh and remove the seeds and discard them 



Chop them up





Add it to a blender



Then goes in the sugar or brown sugar


Then add milk and blend well to get a rich and smooth milk shake or chikoo juice
