Baby corn curry
This baby corn curry is very easy to make with very simple ingredients and tastes delicious.
Baby corn contain many nutritional benefits, it contain vitamin A,B and C, folic acid and has a good amount of fiber.
Baby corn is good for heart,reduces bad cholesterol, improves eye sight and good for digestion
Ingredients
- 2 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp Fennel
- 2 onions
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 250 grams of baby corn
- Half capsicum
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- Coriander powder
- Coriander leaves
- Curry leaves
- Salt as required
Instructions
- Do the preparation work to do the baby corn curry, firstly chop onion, tomato, capsicum and baby corn
- Then place a pan, add oil then goes in the mustard and fennel, let it crackle to give a good flavour
- Then add chopped onion, capsicum and curry leaves
- Then goes in the ginger, garlic paste and saute well till the raw smell disappears
- Add baby corn roundels and saute well, close the lid and cook for 8 minutes
- Now add chopped tomatoes and give a good mix
- Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander powder and mix well
- Add required water and allow it to boil
- Cook for another 10 minutes in a medium flame
- Then just turn off the flame and it's ready to serve
- It goes well with chapati or aloo Paratha

Prep work
Place a Pan add oil then goes in the fennel and mustard
Now add the sweet corn roundels and give a good mix and cook for 7 to 8 minutes until they become soft
Add finely chopped tomatoes and saute well
Add turmeric powder
Add chilli powder
Add required salt
Add coriander powder
Finally add required water and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes, stir occasionally
Baby corn curry is ready to serve
