Avacado is also known as butter fruit in many of the places,it contain nearly 20 vitamins and minerals. Avacado is good for heart,eyes,skin and hair.

The flesh of the avacado will be like a soft butter, hence it is called butter fruit.

Avacado fruits are rich in nutrients and fiber which helps to improve digestion.

Ingredients 

  • Avacado -2
  • Sugar or honey -2 tspn
  • Milk   -1 cup
  • Water as required 

Instructions

Slice the avacado and remove the seed using knife or spoon, scoop out the flesh of avacado and add it to a blender, then add sugar or honey,add milk and water as  required that's it, blend it well. Avacado milk shake is ready to drink.
