Whole wheat dosa
Whole wheat dosa is one of my favourite dosas which is very healthy when compared to rice dosa.
Whole wheat is high in fibre and nutrients which is good for digestion, when we make dosa from whole wheat grains we get nutrients like vitamin B,fibre,minerals, protein and antioxidants which supports a healthy digestion.
We can have this whole wheat dosa as a breakfast or a supper which is very easy to make as well.
Ingredients we need for whole wheat dosa
- whole wheat grains -3 cups
- Fenugreek -1 tablespoon
- urad dal -3 tablespoon
- Idli rice-1 tablespoon
- Salt as required
- Oil
How to make whole wheat dosa batter
Wash wheat grains,fenugreek,dal,rice and soak it overnight
Then grind it like a dosa better
Add required salt. keep it aside for the fermentation this dosa needs fermentation for a tasty and soft dosa.
We can have this as a breakfast or as a supper.
How to make whole wheat dosa
Pour the batter in a dosa tava/pan like a dosa flip and cook either sides drizzle some oil for extra taste and serve it with spicy and tangy chutney
